I'm excited to announce that I'll be a visiting professor at the Department of Communication (IfKW) at U of Jena this fall.
My research profile (the entire range of computational methods and a strong focus on digital publics, especially networks) promises to be a great fit, and I'm looking forward to many new exchanges and research opportunities there.
The department is also switching over its methods teaching from SPSS to R (as everyone should be!), and that's an exciting chance to teach computational methods early on in a curriculum. I've held quite a few graduate-level workshops in computational methods, so this is a welcome addition.
